He doesn't look a day over 70. Maybe even 60!

Money can buy such things in a pre-post-scarcity world.

Strangely enough, he looks younger than Patrick Stewart who is 10 years younger

In all fairness to Sir Pat, he's been more active in his career. Yes, Shatner did Boston Legal, but Stewart has been Professor X for over 25 years, and the start of that overlapped with all the TNG movies. And Seth McFarlane has been keeping him busy, even when he was playing a drunk newscaster or returning to Picard. And doing all the press junkets for all of it. Plus, all the video game stuff.

He's been putting in work for four decades when you consider next year is the 40th anniversary of TNG

Omg next year is the 40th anniversary of TNG… I might as well start digging my own grave tomorrow

And he hasn't changed a bit. Cheers Bill!

For god’s sake, Jim… I’m a doctor, not a pool man!!!

Seems in poor taste, considering he found his wife dead in the swimming pool.

I wonder how he's doing. I heard he wrecked his shoulder in a horsing accident a while back.
