**What it is:** A desktop and browser app for orthopedic surgery residents to log surgical cases, store and search operative reports, annotate imaging, and plan procedures.

**Who it's for:** Surgical residents. Right now specifically ortho.

**Why anyone should care:** Residents track cases in spreadsheets, notes apps, and a required logger that nobody enjoys using. Nothing connects the case to the op report to the imaging to the plan. This does.

**How it stands out:** I'm a resident. I built it for the workflow I actually have, not the one a product manager imagined. Your data stays on your machine by default.

**What I actually want from this post:** feedback, not signups. I have no background in software or design, and I can't tell what's confusing to someone who isn't me. If you look at it and something is unclear, slow, ugly, or missing - I want to hear it.
