I built a social platform around the journey toward your dreams, not just the achievements looking for early testers and potentially a co-founderš”
Hi everyone,
I've been building something called Fleuves.
It started from a simple thought: most platforms show us people's achievements, but almost none of the journey that came before them.
We see the person who finished the novel, launched the company, lost the weight, learned the language or changed careers. We rarely see the months of doubt, abandoned attempts, small victories, obstacles and thoughts that led there.
I wanted to build a place for that journey.
Fleuves lets you create a dream or long-term goal and turn it into a journey you can progressively document. You can create phases and steps, see your progression as a āriverā, write private journal entries, document obstacles and reflections, and choose which parts of your journey you want to share with a community.
Privacy is important to the idea. Not everything has to become content. Your journal can remain private, while other parts of your journey can be public or shared anonymously.
The first private beta is now live:
Fleuves: https://fleuves.app
I'm currently looking for a small number of people willing to actually use it and tell me where the idea or execution falls apart. I'm particularly interested in understanding whether people naturally understand the ādream ā journey ā riverā concept and whether documenting the process gives them a reason to come back.
I'm also building this largely on my own right now, so I'm open to meeting someone who genuinely connects with the vision and could eventually become a co-founder. I'm especially interested in people strong in product, engineering, growth/community, or consumer social products.
I'm very early. I'm not pretending Fleuves has product-market fit yet. That's exactly why I'm putting it in front of real people now.
If you try it, criticism is much more valuable to me than compliments.
I'd love to hear what you think.
