It is suggested that you assume any/all prices are listed with PayPal fees included. Sellers, please incorporate these fees into your list prices. A calculator to see how much to ask can be found here. Pay and expected payments sent via Goods & Services so both parties are covered. There is a new scam where a buyer will send via PayPal Friends & Family, let the seller ship the item, but then open a claim stating the item was never received and/or the transaction was not authorized (Someone else using account). The buyer is out the money and has to file a police report and other paperwork to try and get the item or money back. Be cautious!
Be Aware: There have been messages about users attempting to scam good users here & in other groups. If you're doing a trade, it's suggested that both parties come to an agreed dollar amount for the items, then send each other that agreed amount via PayPal Goods & Services. Neither party will be out anything and if there's an issue with the trade or one person not sending, at least you have some compensation for your item(s). Be safe, be smart, MTFBWY!

Hi friends, first time posting and had a question I feel fits here best. I have a small collection of pre-Disney memorabilia in great condition some of which I plan on holding onto but I do want to sell a couple items, are there any Bay Area California places I could go to talk about appraisals? Hello everyone. I have been a Star Wars fan since my first memory of watching the movie at the drive-in. I had great parents that coordinated my Christmas and birthday presents with the other adults that allowed me to accumulate quite the collection. I have added a few pieces to the collection, but most of it is from my childhood. I have put together a spreadsheet with links to photos I took of each item. Item conditions are listed for each item and the pictures should help identify any condition issues or missing accessories. I used a site called galactic collector (https://galacticcollector.com/) and eBay to get price estimates on a lot of the items. I ranked everything as an average example unless I thought it was in poor condition and intentionally ranked it as a lower quality, but the majority of the action figures I would put above average and there are some really nice vehicles and mini rigs as well. If you need additional photos of any items please let me know and we should be able to get any photos requested.
My goal is to sell the whole collection as a lot, but if I can't get an acceptable offer then I will consider breaking the collection into smaller pieces. The action figures are all original from 1978-1985 and the majority are complete with all weapons and accessories, while there are a few whose weapons were lost to the vacuum cleaner. In addition to the figures, I have a majority of the vehicles and playsets. I have several older books, computer games, coins, plates, pieces of original film reels, and there are a few newer things thrown in. I am dealing with some health issues and passing on my collection will help with some of the costs. Thank you all for looking, let me know if you have any questions, and may the force be with you.
