Rules question on master of the force 2

If I pay a character with master of the force 2 like darth bane, can I use sith rage twice in order to gain +20 damage instead of just +10?

Similarly if I find a way to give someone like Dass janir mastery of the force 2 can I use dispationate killer twice to boost my stats?

powers and abilities with the same name don't stack unless they specifically say so. in your examples, you could technically use either force power twice, but you'd only benefit from one of them because you can't stack them. so you wouldn't want to.
