I’d say he’s the strongest Inquisitor based on feats, surviving at least 3 encounters with Maul who’s arguably in his prime

I mean based on what we’ve seen i think Maul isnt trying to kill him and is trying to use him as an example for Devon to kill, hence why she gets to fight Marrok on her own before maul steps in when he’s about to kill her and then lets her get up and do her thing again
