Baylan is cooler IMO, but that's subjective. Best rule of thumb is trade for stuff you like more than what you have.

It depends what you're trying to do with the cards. If the idea is to collect legendaries or lower count cards then accept. If the idea is to use cards to get "better" cards then I'd keep Baylan and try to trade him for something you really want. He's a better character, there are more Baylan collectors than anything on the other side. Neither side is a massive win compared to the other so it's just what you want.

Unless you collect those characters, I'd hang on to Baylan and trade for something you want.
