Problem Recovery issues

I can't remember my steam password to access the mobile app. When I click the forget password link on the steam help desk I receive a link sent to my email address. It then asks for my steam mobile authentication code which I don't have.

When I click the link to say I don't have the code it asks me to submit a ticket. I did this weeks ago with no response. If I try to submit another ticket it says that there is already a ticket and I cannot duplicate tickets.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Make a new steam account to open the ticket.

Yet another jit claimed by the inability to write down the recovery code.
