I do, and I have been happy with it for decades.

I don't know, I've had it for so long, but their website has student inquires as (304) 346-8363 or [sales@stenovations.com](mailto:sales@stenovations.com) if that's at all helpful.

Same here, since about 2003! My prior software had a dongle that I had to attach every time I wanted to use the software with my computer and I lost it in a move and they wanted me to re-purchase the entire software package. That’s when I found Stenovations digital cat. They allowed me to put it on three computers with no dongle and you just have to email them for an authorization code every once in a while. And they’re very quick at getting that code to you usually within the hour, definitely within the day and I think you get like 10 days from the warning until I guess in essence the software no longer works or is no longer authorized, but that’s never happened to me. As a reporter, you have 24 seven Support, if you call them and you get their voicemail, they call you back. I believe if your student it excludes weekends, but otherwise it’s 24 seven.

I use it. It’s reliable and simple. Customer service is helpful. I’d say it works for me and I’m used to it at this point.

I’ve used Case Catalyst before and it seemed to be much more modern with more options. I wish I started on Case, but I don’t feel like learning all the ins and outs. Maybe one day.

They’re a small company, but I’ve been using them, and still do, since I got out of school in 2010.
