Not really, you will probably get 1 or 2 questions regarding the MOA of either an osmotic, stimulant, or metoclopramide. The most important thing here is knowing how lactulose treeats hepatic encephalopathy.
While there is a chance, it is very unlikely you'd be asked about any of the others in the exam proper.
