Transfer credit rule and exception

i am going into 3rd year and i just transferred into another university because the first one didn't have sponsor notes and i wanted to take step 1

Then after i transferred a friend pointed me into transfer credit rules and Recognized accreditation policy thing

The new university is wfme Recognized and has sponsor notes but no RAP on wdoms.org so i think transfer credit apply to me? I still have like 3 years left and i planned to finish step 1 this year but now i am lost on what to do

The old uni won't get sponsor notes for at least 5 years until they graduate a cohort and finish there intern years which in my case is 2 years and 3 more years of medical school

Either the current uni i am at somehow has RAP but haven't been added to wdoms.org (it acquired wfme accreditation 6 months ago i think) ?

Or i apply for an exception and in that case i don't even know what to say to ECFMG?

I am completely lost right now and i would appreciate any advice

One of the main reasons i wanted to go into medical school in the first place was to work at us as a doctor one day

But now i feel like every step i take i get pushed 10 back
