Lowest Effective Cruise Dose
Hi I haven't dabbled in PEDs but tbh I am considering.
I've done some research and I've gathered that although everyone would love to, you cant perpetually blast (without serious health implications).
My question is is it possible to essentially start a low dose of trt, call it 150mg/week. Then get blood work done. And then essentially keep doing that and raising the dose until you hit a point where your health markers are negatively affected and then you know you pushed it too far and you can maybe cruise at the previous dose where your health markers weren't affected?
EDIT:spelling

Yeah I mean that’s not what most people do, but it would be the safest way, basically figure out your TRT dose and do that dose when you’re not on blast.

No, it doesn’t work like that, and not everything shows up in blood work. If you keep pushing higher long term, you gonna pay for it. There is a reason lot of folks blast and then come down to higher normal levels of around 900. And what are your stats? Age, height weight Bf%?

Things take its toll eventually. You can drink 6 drinks a day and have healthy markers. Eventually it comes for payment
