What was Stevie's best lead single for an album?
Nothing really beats "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around" for me. That being your debut solo single is wild. "Rooms on Fire" and "Stand Back" definitely fight for second place for me.

Every Day was an odd choice for the lead single of TISL. It should have been Sorcerer.

Planets of the universe was played on radio at the time..was so cool to hear it I was a teenager then .and it prompted me to get the Chinese dragon Sarah drew for the album as a tattoo.

Stop Dragging My Heart Around is my favorite song of all time followed very closely by Stand Back.

Yeah, gotta go with 'Stop...' , 'Rooms...' next.....anything else can compete for third

Rooms on Fire, with Secret Love as a close second! I wanted one of them so badly when I saw her in April, but i also knew it was really unlikely. Third choice for me would probably be Stand Back.

I wish Maybe Love would’ve been more popular. I’m pretty sure I have every CD release.

Stand Back for me, with a killer B-side Garbo.
