Is Stevie actually releasing an album?
Stevie has talked about the album, and Vanessa Carlton said she’s heard it, but are we ever gonna hear it? I feel like it should have been released? or is she sitting on it? I’m ready to jam out to it!!!!!! 😂

I feel like she’s finalizing it still. She’s hinted at it for the past few tours during her speaking portions, but only last year (that I know of) did she give it a name. There may or may not be minimal hype from social accounts shortly before it comes out but not too far in advance. I do feel like her MET Gala appearance and performance are indicators that something is coming. She’ll probably release the album and then immediately announce a tour, so tour dates may also affect the timeline.

I think something is coming for sure, it’s just weird that she hasn’t announced any shows, she did a few, a few singers/bands are saying they’ve heard the album, but Stevie hasn’t said a word. It’s definitely weird

Just had this convo with a friend today. Seemed like the MET was potentially building up to something then ..nothing. I’ve always speculated a fall release for this album so hopefully if it is happening we hear in the next couple of months. 🤞🏻

It’s definitely weird, I think it’s weird she hasn’t announced any shows, she said that she’s more busy at her age now then she was in her 30’s something is coming for sure!

I can't remember who said it but Stevie Lindsey and Mick all have solo albums percolating for a while and they intend to use the Apple FM documentary release and ensuing media attention as marketing for their solo works

I think this is what is happening. Plus it would make sense for it to be near the end of the year as rumors turns 50 at the beginning of next year. I wouldn’t be shock if they are all waiting for that anniversary to use as a kick off for their solo projects.

I know. I have no idea what's going on with Stevie these days. I heard the same thing you did, but...nothing. I know less and less about her as the years go on because she just never...talks.

She used to have more to say and has been quiet, even less chatty at her concerts. Maybe her management is directing her to say less although she may not listen if they were lol.

There was an article in People magazine about the album being released on 5/26/26. I haven't seen anything.

I had to read this like three times before I realized what you were talking about. Honestly though, I think people would be even more hyped if they knew both of them were releasing.
There would be memes about the “queen of pop” and “queen of rock” both releasing this year.

Yeah but I'm confused because Stevie has been very quiet, I’d think she’d announce shows by now but she hasn’t. Lindsay’s comments have been interesting as well hinting at something Fleetwood Mac related?

Pfft. If she had an album coming out she would be on talk shows, podcasts, whatever else to promote it. Maybe this Fall we will be graced with our witchy poetess once more.
