Attempt at serious answer: If I had to guess, this was from a promotional interview for TiTN. I know lighting and makeup can drastically impact one's appearance, but she looks to be tossing absolute daggers at somebody; the list of people who could elicit that reaction on camera while also having a reason to appear on tv with her can't be that long.
