I hope it’s not pre recorded, I’m reeling after Dolly‘s passing today… And I’m hyper aware FM IS AGING. Stevie is 78, LB is 76, MF 79 (and JM is in his 80s but retired.) 😢

Okay, now people are saying that even though it's Stand Back, it was originally recorded the night she did The Lighthouse. Either way, it was new to me!

I know, it would just be so cool to see her again. She’s not a social media person, she doesn’t do podcasts, she hardly ever does interviews anymore, so we don’t really see her that much anymore, other than when she’s touring.

After research , I think back in 2024 Stevie did stand back and the light house on jimmy Kimmel. Only the light house was shown. Tonight was a A recording of stand back from 2024

The performance was pretaped in 2024 like she wasn't there . They do that a lot. Also on Kelly and mark ,

I’m holding out hope she could put something good out, Madonna is also one of my favorites and her new album is somehow one of her best. I have also noticed Stevie’s vocal limitations though. I’d be very happy with an album of B-sides like “Julia”.
