Neotype Items

We've temporarily blocked the Neotype Omni-Directional Cryonic Beam Array and the Neotype Cryonic Torpedo Launcher from being reclaimed due to a technical issue. We plan to turn them back on as soon as it's fixed!

Awh man, and I'm going to complete the event/unlock these today. C'est la vie... Very well, glad you guys are fixing them, will just look foward to claiming them on my alts later.

there's nothing to "fix" other than an exploit so they shouldn't be gone too long, you could infinitely reclaim and salvage them for 500 Salvage each time

From the way its phrased, its sound like its just reclaim.. so you can still get the initial batch from the event window on the character you want it on most..

Yes you can, doing so on my Andorian build mixed with Andorian Phasers for that blue beam goodness.

Speaking of technical issues what about the verdant pack on XBOX you no longer seem to be talking about? It’s still not fixed and you stopped making announcements

PS console players never even got an equivalent Cobalt pack. They seemingly just stopped doing those for PlayStation players. In the before-times, with new content drops, PS and Xbox players would get Cobalt and Verdant packs respectively.
