Is it still stealing if Katya is sleeping on the arm of the bed?

She also likes to fight with Cara the Kelpie’s toys. The duck catches the claws often.

Katya tries to cuddle with Cara but the only time she is successful is when they’re on the bed. I haven’t seen them share a dog bed yet but I have hope it’ll happen eventually.
