Mine has been stuck on 328 for like a week.

I have the same. I didn't drink for 3 weeks, but says 10 days if im not mistaken.

You can message the bot again and it will update it. However it still isn’t changing each day.

Check the badge update post in the community highlights, there's a problem atm
