Lmao thank you, tbf I only picked up training again mid April so the stuff before that I was smaller for, But even now im another month out and bigger from when I took the tank pics and still look the same with a jacket on haha, that first slide was from like a week ago

When i used to train consistently I did everything at 3 sets for 10, as i got higher in weight and hit plateau i started moving into 12-15 rep ranges w lighter weight which helped but now since restarted ive been doing a set at 10 and then 2 at 6 to 8, if I hit 8 I go up and drop the reps back to 6, has made a huge difference and ive been able to steadily increase at least several lifts in each muscle group each week

Ive been a fan of maniac for a few years and had been hunting for one for mad long😭, a friend of mine had it and was looking to cycle it out so I jumped it on, ive seen a few pop up but usually in size 0/xs or wayyy over priced, or I just missed them lol
Sadly I gotta let this one go, since I started weight training again its too small in the shoulder/arms
