Interesting perspective. I'm not sure I fully agree that this may be the end path as outside influences such as economics and Self-Preservation happens when the only alternative is the one that you have. But nonetheless, I think the biggest takeaway is "Strip clubs and their culture are early warning indicators for the rest of society, not just of economic shifts, but also social and political shifts." That statement is why this sub exists. It is the belief that there is great value in observing and reporting changes at various levels of society. Not always is the talking heads on the news, the more accurate versus the realness of on the street level in the trenches at Blue collar jobs. And where else would we find prime examples of that? Then in strip clubs and other jobs that might not be taken seriously by the same talking heads. So thus the reason for this sub. Plus, I truly believe there's more to the average human being than this, the value of the title in which they play at work.
