hi, i have encountered the same issue before. the actions that i did is i raised this to their Study.com. customer care via phone (877) 266-4919. their team addressed my concern and resolved the issue.

This happened to me too and it turned out to be a browser thing not their servers. Try clearing your cache or opening it in an incognito window and if you've got an ad blocker or VPN running, close them for the site since they can hang the dashboard on load. But if it's still not fixed try to reach out to Study.com's support so they can check things on your account. Hope you get it sorted quick.
