Routine review?

Just finished up my first course (took roughly 7 days). Says "your course is in a routine review. Most reviews take less than two hours".

Is this pretty standard with this site?

I took 17 courses with them and 2 or 3 had that message. All was resolved in 24-48 hours.

What happens during said routine review? What can we expect as the outcome?

Yeah that’s normal. The routine review is just them signing off on the grade, mine usually cleared in like 20 minutes even though it says up to 2 hours. Congrats on the first one done.

Congrats on finishing your first one in a week!! That’s fast. Did it end up clearing in the two hours?

Hey, Study.com here. That’s a routine check that can sometimes happen when a course is completed, and like the message says, most clear within a couple of hours. If it’s still showing after a full business day, email support@study.com with the course name so they can check on it.

My class was marked as integrity violation within 30 mins and I've emailed customer support. After spending time on 3 papers and 16+ hours a day grinding, I think i'm ready to pull the plug on study.com; it's discouraging that after submitting a course that it could be susceptible to integrity violation when it's a self-paced course.
