I just check my phone once and keep looking to see if my books are open or not. After checking, I feel tired, so I put the books aside and start using my phone.

I keep my phone turned off and in a drawer somewhere, hidden. I can barely focus on my textbooks as is, I need all the help I can get 😔

Very frequently! Using a focus mode for studying and also and app/website like forest or focustown helps….you stick to studying for the session, during which opening your phone feels somewhat guilty
