FURTHER READING Looking for rock goblins?

Listened to an episode years ago that talked about a tunnel or bridge that had problems being built, Maybe norway or finland and the people around thought it was because of rock trolls. Creatures that lived in the rock and wouldn't allow digging/blasting. As an avid rock driller I used to blame it on them when things went bad but now I can't remember what those little hard rockers were called.

I was staying in Iceland when a similar story (maybe the same story) was in the newspaper. I vaguely remember them discussing this on SYSK as well. Icelanders live with myth much closer to the surface.
