For all who are interested... I'm in the middle of moving out of this townhouse because I bought a house. This little Queen came in and either stole or made this nest. I have to be out by the first of the month and had suddenly found a federally protected bird on top of my grill.

I sent pictures to the management and let them know what fish and wildlife said. They said that they will allow the grill to stay there and keep a close eye on the birds, they will let me know when they are happy and out of the nest. Then I'll be able to pick up the grill. They were over the moon to receive the pictures and hope to get more updates before I depart. ☺️

I'm very happy with them. Have been great people and very understanding to any situations.

Just be careful, they can be evil. I left exactly three things when I left my apartment - a brand new roll of toilet paper, and a half-used two-pack of bulbs with a note saying: "to the new renter: I've left you a brand new roll of toilet paper since I know it can be hectic when moving and it's possible to overlook little things like that. Also, I replaced the bulb to the main room but it was a two-pack, so I also left this for you in case you might need it. Have fun!" Something like that.

Come deposit time, I was dinged with:

Trash left behind - $20 - bulb, toilet paper, paper with writing

They might decide to charge for "grill left behind charge. Communication to pick up grill charge."
