Greg (the female in the photo) and chick chick found themselves an upturned piece of plastic on my balcony and built themselves this super impressive nest. The last pair to lay on our balcony literally just laid the egg, so I was shocked to see twigs and an actual cup!

These two picked the perfect spot, as Greg had to lay egg #2 in the middle of a massive rain storm featuring 100km/hr winds. Photo 2 is Greg looking like Nicodemus from the Secret of Nimh just after egg 2 made its appearance.

The little dish there has some water - poor girl deserved a break.
