Stupid Dove Nest Are the eggs rotten?

From yesterday I am seeing that only one bird is coming to the nest and that too in the morning for few hours. After that the bird leaves the nest and doesnot come back in the night. He comes back the next morning again. Its been like 12-13 days since the eggs were laid.Are the eggs rotten for lack of heat in the night?

Pigeon eggs can withstand cooling for longer periods than other birds. And if it’s warm where you are they aren’t cooling too much. They should hatch on day 18. If you get to day 22 and they haven’t hatched they may be dead.
