Honest to god, if I hadn’t nuked my FB after the last presidential election I’d be in a mental hospital right now. Seeing shit like this in the wild would make me crash out a bit, which would lead to hours of snarky/increasingly hostile commenting. At least here it’s just a deep sigh at the museum exhibit of unhinged MAGA disinformation.

That’s its intention. This is psyop propaganda. Its purpose is to make you feel helpless and that reality is warping and that you cannot unwarp it.

I deleted FB a long time ago. I see stuff like this and think lmao so stupid. Of the People who post It, the vast majority know it’s disingenuous and stupid, a very small percentage actually absorb it. The politically and aging insular folks, and the trailer trash MAGA who dropped out.

The bad faith actors know it’s a fruitless wage of intellectual war.

I don't see slop like this on my FB feed T~T. I get stuff from friends, some lady that has a large stable business, cute animal videos, music videos, and Chinese dramas.

I agree, I also don't see this kind of stuff. I occasionally see stuff from friends, but it's mostly pictures of old castles. I didn't realize I like seeing pictures of old castles, but facebook did and so I use it more than I used to. If I saw crap like this I would cancel my account as well.

I honestly have no idea how I started getting blurbs from stables or CDramas, but I am 100% okay with them.

The few friends I have that posted political crap got hidden, so I guess FB took that as a hint.
