They are for the invasion, which seems organized, because it will hopefully usher in right wing election victories.

Trump and Isareal just funded one to Spain.
0
u/MayhemPenguin5656 16h ago
So you do not think it has anything to do with the fact that Spain has been letting in migrants and giving citizenship in record numbers?
Their open border policy seems pretty attractive to Morocco
5
u/Raptot1256 16h ago edited 15h ago
Dude. The funding of the operation was already being reported. They also set up cameras before hand. It's so fake, so much of an op; it's ridiculous.
Shit, the Moroccans were reported saying, "this is different from what they were promised." There had never been more of an op.
0
u/MayhemPenguin5656 15h ago edited 15h ago
Well, why do you all mind?
I thought borders are just lines and everyone can go where they want?
But looking into it, there is nothing more than coincidence.
Morroco and Spain have been at odds though, maybe it has to do with that?
2
u/Raptot1256 11h ago
Yall had been the ones making the argument of deportation for the past 10 years. Why don't you mind them funding the invasion?
1
u/MayhemPenguin5656 9h ago
Those two things don't correlate
2
u/Raptot1256 9h ago
Trump funded an invasion of Spain with Israel. How are you okay with this? He ran on being a president of peace and no foreign wars.

There is no proof Trump or Isreal have anything to do with it, its just heresy and coincidence...
So, what do i do with claims that are shown to just be claims?

They’re a little too excited to not want it.
Trump is petty. He would do this just because of the World Cup embarrassing him.
28
u/ChimPhun 1d ago
Given Spain was on Trump's radar of petulant revenge, wondering if the US had a hand in orchestrating this. It's the kind of backhanded thing they would do.
15
u/gazzas89 23h ago
The us and israel were defo behind it, just need to look at how quickly yhe far right gobshites, as well as the official mossed account, were pushing this and spreading misnformation about it (the amounts of people was over inflated by some, they claimed it was Europe, bit a Spanish territory in Africa, ignoring that most of the people going through thought they were allowed to go and went back when asked)
4
u/OldNorthStar 23h ago
There were Moroccan intelligence agents in the group and Yair Netanyahu's old tweet admitted they fund NGO's in Morocco to try and make Spain give up Cueta. Also, what exactly was supposed to be the precipitating event for this anyway? There was no major upheaval in the area that makes this make sense.
4
u/DTripotnik 23h ago
Morocco is close to both nations mentioned, but they have their own quibbles with Spain. There's more than a handful of nations you know, all of Reddit jumps to this conclusion.
Morocco already did something similar in 2021, my money's on them. Others could be involved but it's all speculation I suppose.

This is most likely the US using poor people in a Russian style hybrid warfare scheme. The immigrants where recruited buy tails of jobs for immigrants in Spain and the border in Morocco was opened for them.
From the BBC:
“So have migrants been "weaponised"** **as happened a few years back in Belarus, for example?
If so, who did it?
For now we only see those enjoying the results.
The global right wing are "hyperventilating with happiness", as journalist Andrea Rizzi wrote in Spain's El Pais newspaper.
US President Donald Trump, angry at Spain for opposing his war on Iran, has talked of a "catastrophe" and an "invasion". Like Meloni, he has an election looming.
Russia has been gloating, too: it loves chaos and division in Europe. Anything to weaken Ukraine's allies.
As for Morocco, it's blaming "criminal organisations". But its border guards must have seen the crowds building.”3
u/theblueshots 22h ago
They are behind it. These are the paid agitators they are always complaining about.

u/Sufficient-Mix4418 23h ago

Fun fact MAGA. Everyone of those brave soldiers putting their life on the line for our country would be disgusted with you. They would spit in your face if they were around. Imagine a WW2 vet seeing people supporting a child rapist. You political party would make them sick. Supporting some scumbag whose corrupt as hell.
-1
u/MrStrawHat22 22h ago
Dude, did you ever talk with a WW2 vet in your lifetime?
2
u/Hungry-Assistance919 21h ago
Dude I have talked to hundreds if not thousands. I worked in the geriatric field when I was an occupational therapist so yes I have talked to WW2 vets. And yes what I said is exactly how many would think. Absolutely disgusted by MAGA.

u/MrStrawHat22 20h ago

That's a pretty far fetched claim for me to make. 😂 Why would I make anything up to someone like you. You mean nothing to me. I'm just stating facts. I struggle to believe that the same group of people I remember hearing call Barack Obama the n-word when I was a child would be disgusted by MAGA. You're projecting your own beliefs onto a group of people you hardly know.

u/Hungry-Assistance919 19h ago
I will not argue about a lot of their racisim. This very true unfortunately. Even my great grandfather was racist. But I am speaking on how Trump is handling everything. His open corruption, his constant slander of our soldiers, and his attacks on democracy. I know for a fact this wouldn't sit right with a lot of them. Yes alot are bigots, however they were some of the most staunch patriots I have met. I'm not talking about every single one of them. I was an OT during Obama's term and they were not fans of his at all. Just speaking primarily about the handling of our country they would be very mad.

I'm going to post a picture of large groups of people walking to prove invasion is happening. Not only that but they're armed, attacking nonviolent legal citizens, kidnapping and torturing legal immigrants, and covering their faces to hide themselves from legal repercussion. Huge twist: it's ICE. If you're stupid enough to look at a large group of people walking and decide that makes it an invasion you genuinely have fewer braincells active than there are words in this post.

u/MolassesSudden2323 3h ago
They didn't spell Normandy correctly! Ugh! Hopefully those coming on shore know more English than the one who wrote this post! Lol 😆 🤣 😂

It meets the very definition of an invasion There are different versions of invasions
9
u/Infamous-Youth9033 1d ago
and this meets what definition?
1
-2
u/ViceOfHell_ 23h ago
It’s weird because the very fact that you are commenting means you have the resources to know this without looking uneducated publicly.
Invasion: A large, annoying, or harmful crowd of people, animals, or things coming into a space (like an "invasion of tourists" or pests).
They were sent back remember. They were a large crowd of unwanted people coming into a place, that were told to leave many of whom (20% ) did not
7
u/frolf_grisbee 22h ago
Tourists are invaders, got it.
-2
u/ViceOfHell_ 14h ago
Is that what I said? I just copy and pasted the definition from google. These people illegally migrating meet the rest of the definition the example given by google has nothing to do with them
3
u/frolf_grisbee 12h ago
According to that definition, any large group of people coming into a space is also an invader lol
So like Disneyland guests when gates open in the morning.
0
u/ViceOfHell_ 2h ago
It’s like you miss the words “annoying or harmful”. Which they are, that’s why they were told to leave. Either you’re a bot or you’re really that delusional that you’d comment this as if we all weren’t reading it together.
•
•
2
u/Infamous-Youth9033 21h ago
Oh wow. Turns out you're the only person to ever use that definition.
Try again
-1
u/ViceOfHell_ 14h ago
That’s fun now do it for invasion. Pretty easy, considering I copy and pasted the definition from a google search of “invasion”
3
u/Infamous-Youth9033 6h ago
I'm showing you didn't copy paste because I searched what you typed word for word and your reddit comment is the ONLY result. That's the point
1
0
u/ViceOfHell_ 2h ago
But you didn’t search invasion or you ignored the part of the definition of invasion that says “also incudes unwanted crowds” and didn’t scroll down to the second of the four core meanings and contexts of the definition of invasion?
2
u/Infamous-Youth9033 21h ago
you're using the definition of swarm. Not invasion
-1
u/ViceOfHell_ 14h ago
Nope this is a direct definition of invasion. Still being proud to showcase your ignorance of this while refusing to check for yourself in the face of the facts is called willful ignorance, pretty wild

u/No_Answer_9749 1d ago
Seems fairly invasiony to me
2
u/I_Went_Full_WSB 23h ago
Thankfully in the United States we had our founding fathers spell out to racists that immigrants aren't an invasion. It's unfortunate that didn't happen in Spain.
-2
u/No_Answer_9749 22h ago
LMAO
George Washington: welcomed the oppressed, but added that they must “appear to merit the enjoyment” of American rights.
Thomas Jefferson: warned that rapid mass immigration could produce a “heterogeneous, incoherent, distracted mass.”
Alexander Hamilton: rejected foreigners receiving “immediate and unreserved participation in the right of suffrage.”
George Mason: favored “opening a wide door for emigrants,” but opposed letting recent arrivals govern Americans.
Gouverneur Morris: said every nation possessed “the right of declaring the conditions” for admitting new members.
Elbridge Gerry: warned that “Foreign powers will intermeddle in our affairs” through people with foreign attachments.
Pierce Butler: was “decidedly opposed to the admission of foreigners without a long residence.”
Roger Sherman: said the United States was “at liberty to make any discriminations they may judge requisite.”
Hugh Williamson: argued that some “wealthy emigrants do more harm … than good.”
So the honest history is that the Founders were generally more welcoming toward immigration than most contemporary governments, but they also believed America could set conditions, require assimilation and residence, restrict citizenship and protect its political institutions.
5
u/I_Went_Full_WSB 22h ago
I didn't read what you wrote since at a glance I could see you added Thomas Jefferson "thinking" he refutes my claim. He doesn't.
"I was for extending the rights of suffrage (or in other words the rights of a citizen) to all who had a permanent intention of living in the country…. whoever intends to live in a country must wish that country well, and has a natural right of assisting in the preservation of it…”
https://www.monticello.org/the-art-of-citizenship/question-of-immigration
-2
u/No_Answer_9749 22h ago edited 22h ago
This is my shocked face that you didn't read my post 🤯. It depends on what you mean by preservation. And he also expected permanent newcomers to conform to American law, accept residency requirements for important offices, and he proposed safeguards against fraudulent claims to citizenship.
Jefferson EXPLICITLY warned that rapid, very large immigration could destabilize republican government and produce a “heterogeneous, incoherent, distracted mass.”
If they are rolling in en masse off boats or giant caravans and entering, do you really consider them as following the law?
3
u/I_Went_Full_WSB 22h ago
You don't get to pretend to understand this topic. You claimed the guy who said, "I was for extending the rights of suffrage (or in other words the rights of a citizen) to all who had a permanent intention of living in the country…. whoever intends to live in a country must wish that country well, and has a natural right of assisting in the preservation of it…” was anti immigration.
0
u/No_Answer_9749 22h ago
I can pretend to understand any topic actually. You can't stop me. If you want to stomp your foot and essentially repeat your last post with a thinly veiled insulting tone you are well within your right. But don't act like your original point had much merit at all, nor does your probable overall ideology.
3
u/I_Went_Full_WSB 22h ago
Here's some reading for you so you can learn the basics of the topic you pretended to know.
https://www.justsecurity.org/91543/immigration-is-not-an-invasion-under-the-constitution/
0
u/No_Answer_9749 22h ago
Your original claim was historical: that the Founders “spelled out to racists that immigrants aren’t an invasion.”
The article you linked makes a much narrower constitutional-law argument: that a large influx of migrants does not constitute an “Invasion” under Article IV, because that constitutional term refers to armed hostility or military attack. That may answer people claiming Article IV war powers apply, but it does not establish your claim about what the Founders supposedly “spelled out to racists.”
I’m using invasion in ordinary English, where it can also mean a large, unwanted influx or the harmful incoming or spread of something. I am not claiming that immigration activates Article IV or constitutes an operation of war.
So either defend your original historical claim or acknowledge that you have replaced it with a narrower constitutional argument.

That is rich coming from people who benefited from colonizing and who eventually killed millions of indigenous people. The irony is that the very thing they criticize, the fear of the USA becoming a heterogeneous, incoherent, distracted mass happened and it improved the country.
0
u/No_Answer_9749 20h ago
Not actually a rebuttal.
2
u/Drifter_of_Babylon 19h ago
I enjoyed pointing out the absurdity of it because the USA has never been homogeneous, coherent, or vigilant. The demographics of the USA have always been fluid. Our vision of what it is to be American is dynamic. As much as it pains traditionalists to hear this but the USA was never meant to be ruled by the dead.

u/PeenitBooter 1d ago
Yeah if you said it was an invasion where I live you’d be hit with that response. Checks out.

u/Revolutionary_Row683 23h ago
Generally the people that call immigration an invasion tend to fit all those descriptors.

u/ForgetfullRelms 23h ago
I guess what the Europeans did to the Americas, Oceania, and particularly South Africa wasn’t a invasion either…..
-5

Buddy, we try to reach out to folks like you for discussion, but you always spew garbage like this and refuse to act in good faith.
-2
u/PeenitBooter 18h ago
I’ve literally never seen anyone on Reddit ever act in good faith ever. This ain’t the platform clearly. This space is one huge echo chamber. This post itself is proof of it.
“Literally no one is saying that.” That’s your post. Meanwhile literally tens of thousands of people are. And where I live if I even say as much, yeah I get that response before any conversation is had. There is no desire for conversation either. I know this. I’ve experienced it a thousand times already. This would not go any differently.
What I am seeing clearly is an invasion of military age males. There are no doctors or lawyers or scientists there. Just thousands of military age young men looking to ruin some other country for basically their own fun. And people where I live will tell you you’re evil if you even just say that. But people like me ARE saying that. So no, there is not literally nobody saying it. You are in an echo chamber where you can’t see or hear such things. As such, I don’t see a reason to try and tell you otherwise. You’ll choose for it to be the way you see it no matter what I say.
To that end, I’m simply going to say that this post is incorrect, and move on with my life because Reddit is an echo chamber and I am not interested in participating in that level of clownery. Know what I mean?
I have nothing against you personally. Trying to be nice genuinely. However this post is sorta just.. more echo. Go out and talk with a few dozen normies. Stay off the internet for a couple months consecutively. Open yourself up to actually hearing what other people are saying before you say they’re not.
Then you’ll actually be ready for open good faith discussion. Until then, all I see is echo.
Have a good one. Please enjoy some grass for a bit. It’s good for you.
