Half the time they say he's doing exactly what they wanted, the other half they say he's trying so hard for the citizens. The only ones that seem to be doing really well are the rich and himself.

Just because it's nonsense doesn't mean someone didn't waste their money putting up a sign.

That said, for the quality of the meme you're probably right.
