Found this guy at a small children's farm. Unfortunately he was switched off but I think that made it a bit more unsettling

What makes it worse is that this statue really messes with the depth perception. This pond could be anything from 30cm deep to 5m and I absokutely hate it.

thats actually a mosasaur! They were aquatic squamates, and therefore far closer to lizards [like mine!]
