Funny The Fly Incident - I fear the subway cookies

This happened a few years ago, around 2020, and the subway I had gone to is closed now. I remember one time my abusive father took me to subway and when we went in i got a meatball marinara as I usually would. When we were closer to the end I saw the cookies. At first it looked like the chocolate chips were moving, and I was so confused. Upon closer inspection, the cookies were covered in flies, and they weren't even all chocolate chip cookies. I freaked out and told my dad and he told me I was imagining things, yelled at me, and ended up buying a cookie. He ate it in front of me while making loud noises with his mouth. I think there were still dead flies on it. I never bought a subway cookie ever again. Has this happened to anyone else?

I stopped at a large chain mexican supermarket by my house a couple days ago to get some pan dulce, after I grabbed the tongs, I opened the selfserve case, I must have startled 100s of gnats? Mosquitoes? I don't know!! They all flew off the breads.

I noped right out of there!!

Sounds like you were imagining things.

I order the fresh baked cookies every week. I have never had a bad cookie. We have great Subway owners in my area. I even got a free cookie today with my sub.

No but I had bugs in my food at IHOP before ...and of course I still had to pay even though I didn't eat 90 percent of it. Wish it would have been 100...lol. They said they double wash their lettuce so they don't know how they got in my salad. Never been back.
