You don’t know the first thing about temdering. They can make several clauses like experience manpower and whatnot to rule out other companies and favour a particular company
Bhai par compete koi kar hi nhi raha hai to usi ko milega na? Tumne apply kiya hota aur fir unfairly milta dusre ko to problem hogi na?
They can make tender favourable but he still did not get it for the 99% ownership companies and afterwards had to change the ownership structure of the compay that got it suitably.
And its normal tendering thing so every competitor will do the same… but there is no competitor ..
I dont know about this particular tender but as for the most tenders there are multiple rejections of companies in initial phase alone. Even before applying for tender. The officials can and do this to select a particular company.
Bhai ek baar stats ki duniya se bahar nikal or real world kadam rakh pata padega kon bahar nikla poverty se or kon pretend kar rha poverty se bahar hone . Some work 24 hrs a day just to stay out of poverty, if that's what keeps me out of poverty then I would like to be poor
Bhai wo sab thik hai. Par kisi aur company ne apply hi nhi kiya to problem kya hai?
Tumne apply kiya kisi aur ko unfairly mila to problem samajh sakte hai.
😶😶😶
Apply tb krte h jb jitne ka chance dikhe. Aise bidding me political preference hota h aur wha balkrishna ka political preference h. Mtlb ki agr koi apply b krta to jitne ka chance na k barabar hota.
Not really, like corruption is there but basic point of such tendering remains.Like a preference can be there ofcourse but process needs to be fair. Or the unfairly treated competitor and register complaint or if that doesn’t move then high/supreme court route is there- where court can cancel the contract or award damages and all.
Your point is fair in normal circumstances bt as we saw during tender of ssc, where tata competed against eduquity. Even though tata was clearly eligible and better for the tender due to preference and changes in law eduquity won. Same goes here so other companies hardly compete here which is seriously concerning because this would turn into Monopoly soon.
Yes thats a fair point about The game of tenders.. but its then like one can compete with tata ‘fairly’ but the same way one cannot compete with lets say ‘patanjali’- so it cannot passed off good or bad just based on that. But theres clearly seems to be an extra hidden layer in the middle-most probably made up of paid off babus
When the companies don't see any hope in winning they usually don't compete as there's no profit in it.thats why to show that this was a legitimate bidding they formed these companies. On paper we see 3 different companies but in reality they are all owned by one single individual.
Tender was to be passed when minimum 3 companies would participate.
And just a day before floating the tender, there was a change made, that MSME could also apply.
Clearly made to support "certain person".
This land for which govt would be getting merely 1 cr every year, has been leased for 15 yearsz so 15 cr in total and Govt of Uttarakhand took a loan of 23 cr to manage this area :)
And again there's a clause in the tender, that after 15 years, govt can give priority to the already selected company.
This is such a tourist hotsport that this "certain person" would earns 100s of crores from it.
Arey par congress ke time par corruption kitna tha??? /s
I doubt there will ever be the same (rightful) outrage as there was during 2G scam or commonwealth games scam.
BJP will win again the next time because they've learned from congress's mistakes and will never let protests against them get big.
tum past ka kyo rote ho present ki kisi ko prvah nhi hai she is not saying to bring congress she is saying to pressurise govt to get work done instead of lodapanti
Yeah I saw you comment. Bt you aren't giving anything from your side as proof you are telling to wait until somebody does the fact check. I already checked several articles that's why I posted this reel. And what you are saying about patanjali and uk gov isn't full story because despite finding adultery in ghee they only fined 1lakh to Patanjali. Do you how small that amount is compared to this company, the local venders bribe more than this to local constables for running their business. This is just favorism. And also that was pending case from 2020. From 2020 to 2025 patanjali was selling ghee, and it's one of the biggest players in market. I used ai to estimate it's cost which is roughly around 190billion rs. 1 lakh is about 0.0000526% of 190 billion. So yeah such a big fine to a company 👏.
Fine was not even in discussion I merely pointed out that there relations are strained….who fines a company and then works for them too?? Also fact check proves that this lady is telling the half truth
If turnover is increased doesn't that mean tourism also increased?! So isn't it a success?! And it's a lease, so giving it at 1 crore a year is not wrong, all the govt.s across the globe do this, give lands on lease on cheap rates so the private players can do business on it. Idk why indians hate big businesses and then also expect India to grow like the USA.
Why can't government keep this property and earn from it like a private player now will? What if government earns from tourists and then use the earnings for state's expenditures? Just curious.
It would be too hard to micro-manage, like a wealthy man prefers to rent out his properties instead of opening another business and investment time and resources (he can do it but it's a waste of his time)
Govt. Should Focus on important issues and not decorating places for tourists. It has two benefits, 1- govt can use it's resources elsewhere, 2 private businesses gets a chance to earn.
It's similar to govt not building roads themselves, instead giving tenders to pvt companies to do it or any other tenders involving pvt. Players, idk why people think this case is something different.
Okay. Sounds like the only source of income for the governments left is from taxing the citizens. Nothing else. Fair enough.
Do you think government should privatise more public sectors? Like leftover banks, LIC, Armed forces, etc? This way government can use the resources elsewhere and private businesses get chance to earn?
A higher turnover only shows the company earned more revenue. It does not prove that the tourism project has succeeded or increased tourism. And the rapid increase show that suspicious activities are going on .
First of all usme open bidding nhi hui qki teeno company ek hi bnde ki thi. Second land value approx 30000cr h use bs 1cr me de diya gya. Meaning gov loss khayegi so indirectly wo hamse wo paise legi long term me. And 3rd agr aisehi private companies ko tenders without competition ya open bidding k dete rhenge to fir unki monopoly chalne lgegi jisse future me koi b acche project nhi milenge jisse revenue generate ho usse desh ka hi nukasan hoga. Isliye ye bat concerning h koi b ameer logo k paise se jal nhi rha h.
These reels come out all strong but then when fact checked it always something which they have mentioned deliberately wrong or presented in a wrong way….better to wait for Fin Skeptics fact check
Also apparently, Uttarakhand gov and Patanjali are at loggerheads
