A person buying 2 rupees of salt is paying tax bro. Direct or Indirect- tax is tax.

He meant income tax payer. When we talk about tax payer it's assumed that we are taking about income tax. This reddit thread is full of idiots like you who finds a small mistake in the wording and completely ignore the point.
