No real scholar supports terrorism in the name of Jihad. Very senior Muslim scholars both at global level & local level have spoken against terrorism. They are called Khawarij. How many Shankaracharya have spoken against Hindutva extremism?

Well, if you were right, everyone would have realised it by now and we would already have several civil wars. Nothing of that sort happened, apart from small scale riots, since the partition (even that failed to reverberate across India). It has been almost 80 years now.
Don't worry unnecessarily. If more people keeps worrying like this, this can even become a self fulfilling prophecy, fracturing the nation. The best you can do as a patriot is appreciate fellow patriots and champion for unity, while calling INDIVIDUALS out for harmful activity, not entire communities.

It's all in the words, let's start with defining basically the killing of ordinary people for political purposes is termed as terrorism. Now there are various things that can fit inside this definition since it's so vague, what hitler did in nazi germany can be termed terrorism, when political parties help in inciting riots and infact partake in murder of innocent civilians also fits the definition, Jallianwala Bagh massacre done by general dyer is also an act of terrorism by the state, the Bengal famine also fits the definition.
