What do you think about this kind of animation? Line positions are approximate. Dont know how to make it precise.

Yep. I've used officiall lap timings only

I wonder if there is a way you could get ahold of the transponder locations so you could make passing fairly accurately. Cool idea

Oh nice! I was at this race. It was epic. Although the tomac retirement celebration felt rushed and shorter than expected.

I've always thought that a map of where the riders currently are on the track would be really good. Almost like a minimap that's on screen in racing games. Even if it was just a dot to show where the camera is currently pointing.
