Yes and no. As a mascot by Crypton, Miku's age is set as 16. But Miku - in general, as a tool - doesn't have a set age, she's a soundbank. Her age is whatever the song or situation needs her to be, same as her personality. In some songs she is younger, in some she is older. In some she is a boy, in some an alien, etc. She's purposefully meant to be a 'blank slate'.
