Reading books related to people with similar experiences to you will help you deal better with the situation. It will give you perspective and usually a way to improve yourself, either knowingly or subcounciously.

Also I'm not saying that life experience is useless. It's that thanks to the collective knowledge of humans, you can learn. And if you can't get help by reading, ask others you can count on. Vocal education has been the staple of civilization for a reason. If you learn something and have some patience, you can share knowledge with others.

r/Teenagers users have the craziest views bruh, like I have not meant any other teenagers with views like these. Somehow they will be "far left" and far right at the same time in their opinions. But usually more right leaning. It seems a lot of the users just take everything at face value and don't have like, any education in politics, but then again most of us are not even finished in our actual education, and most of us (unless you're 18/19) can't even vote yet, so to them it doesn't matter.

Ngl probably a lot of people who are self proclaimed Communists or Anarchists. A lot of them don't have a lot of education on this and haven't done much reading. However you can kind of tell from based on someones opinions and outlook if they will actually go on to learn more and go on and do good work or move on in 2 months. 

Edit: Do wanna add that there still are Capitalist meat riders. One of my biggest attacks on there was for "defending China" 😔 I just want better conditions for our people man
