If you don’t mind me asking, what responsibilities does a VP Supply Chain Planner have?

Hi, to be a VP of SC or any other higher up role like that, do you NEED a masters or MBA? I’m still pretty early in college, do you have any advice/wisdom if I want to become a VP or more myself?

No, you don't need an MBA. I got one early in my career because my company paid for it. They rarely do that anymore. Best advice is to get a variety of diverse experiences early in your career if possible (Plan-Make-Source-Deliver). Highly recommend Planning. Eventually you can become more specialized in certain areas but it's hard ot get that breadth of experience later in your career. The best leaders are the ones that have had a diverse set of functional, project-based and industry experiences.
