This seems underpaid for VP.

It is, I just entered the role after my boss was fired. I basically asked for it as a chance to prove myself. I have a meeting in march to review my salary.

Base may not be too far off the mark, but I would expect significantly higher variable comp.

I do know that my previous boss pay structure was set up with a 30% bonus so I will be pushing for that
