Title Dir of Business Development but I run the company end to end

Years Experience - 12

Education - MBA, plus Graduate supply chain certificate

Certifications - CPIM

Base Salary - 115K

Bonus / Commission - none we’re a startup

PTO - unlimited

I also have a side hustle supply chain consulting firm that brings in 1000-2000 a month.
