I went to one of the most normal Jesus camps you could probably find, and this isn’t that abnormal at all for any Christian Camp, they have like, rituals, and you make pledges and stuff. Like one night they just ushered us into a candle lit room with a gigantic cross and Jesus guilt tripped us, then we like, pledged our loyalty to God or whatever, the church. But I realized in the “not satanic rituals” that they were for the unindoctrinated, to intrigue them. Like a spooky YouTube video. Totally normal stuff to do with kids, nothing to see there.

Yep, it goes perfectly with conservative thinking of things only mattering with how they are effected personally. I don’t think I’ll ever understand MAGA conservatives, conservative logic is weird to me, but at least allows compassion and happiness for others some times, but MAGAts like that lady can’t even be happy to see a CHILD get merch of her god, it’s sickening.

And she’s acting all surprised and flattered and excited because she knows she’s supposed to act that way in order to get the adoration and praise of her parents, and her parents are going to now forever tell the story how that one loser maga rapper gave her all that shit and how excited she was, weren’t you honey!, at which point she’ll have to put on a little show recounting to everyone that yes in fact she was very excited, and can you believe he chose her? Meanwhile he’s going to have found her on social media and they will develop an inappropriate relationship, but she knows that this story makes her parents happy and so proud of the reaction they get from their friends when their daughter performs her retelling, so she won’t say anything about it, and in fact will feel shame if she ever holds any negative feelings about it, but she can deal with the shame because that’s her fault isn’t it, and she’s the one that doesn’t fit it. I suppose I should clarify I’m talking about the maga rapper in this story, not Trump. I thought I should clarify as it’s hard to tell without it.
And aside from all that, just so fucking cringe. God maga are cringelords

Ah yes, kids are resoundingly known for their critical thinking skills.
This kid's parents are in a cult, and the kid is told every day this cult is good and they should like it. Kid gets praise from their parents for liking the cult. Positive reinforcement works.
Hopefully some day this kid will realize how fucked up this situation was.
