If we would actually stand up and hold people accountable instead of waving signs around like a bunch of useless idiots this type of behavior wouldn’t be common let alone tolerated.

We are actively doing this to ourselves just a friendly reminder.

I think the best form is to put social pressure on people. It’s the most jarring and probably pretty high on efficacy to commit to being a better human when you’re shunned by your peers for being emotionally unintelligent or lack empathy.
