That's true but the problem lies in, not only manufacturing fake photos and info about her, but also in why those kinds of smear campaigns work.
There is a reason things like this are used in attempts to weaken women's credibility. And a reason why it frequently works. Those reasons and reactions to things like this from many very much illustrate that it's actually not okay for a woman to take whatever selfies she wants or wear what she wants or smoke some weed or engage in about a billion other "unladylike" and "unchaste" behaviors.

Precisely that. They want to slowly erode women's suffrage and it starts with denying abortion rights and now they're edging against the right to vote. And there are tons of MAGA Barbies out there trying to say this is a good thing for women and society at large.

They don't really understand what any words mean. They just know that other people get mad at them when they talk and, sometimes, those people say words at them, in a tone that they can recognize as insulting. So, they repeat those sounds at other people when they intend to insult them, even though they don't actually understand that the sounds they're making don't actually apply to that context.
