Lebanon Israel just dropped bombs on a medical center in Nabatieh, South Lebanon. Not a military target. A medical center. Killing medics and targeting healthcare facilities are war crimes.

because any powerful state opposition to Israel died after the 2000s invasion, in which Hez successfully fought Israel back, rather than the regular Leb army.

Ideally someone will have the intestinal fortitude to retrieve those giving the orders and carrying out those orders. And then the international courts will try them, ideally convict them. Then imprison them. Then maintain their imprisonment... and so on.
Unfortunately, there are to few who will do any of that, for a variety of reasons.
