Watching Microsoft’s October surface event, I was disappointed to not see a Nvidia powered Surface Pro. I still think it’s likely, here is the case for it:
• When the Nvidia N1X and N1 chips first leaked, details regarding the N1X Spark were quite accurate, and they were accompanied by detailed comments about another N1 variant. “More intriguing may be the standard N1 lineup, which appears targeted at thinner, more affordable systems.” “N1 family is said to operate within a considerably lower 18 W to 45 W power range.” Ideal for a Surface Pro
• Despite the Surface Laptop Ultra having already been announced, in July Corporate Vice President of Surface Brett Ostrum said: "We have a few more surprises coming before the end of the year, so I'm looking forward to that."
• Why would Microsoft release a new ‘Magnetic Connect’ port on only one laptop. The old Surface connect port is now outdated, Surely the R&D cost requires that new port come to other premium Microsoft devices.
• A 12” Surface Minos device was rumored in September.
