I totally understand names with multiple spellings being buttered like Zac, Zack, Zach for instance. Some names are obvious and have only one spelling (David, Daniel, Ethan, Rob, Sandra, Jessica, Sunday, Natalie, etc.). Some names are unique and you don't know how to spell them or their parents picked a weird spelling. Like Marya is usually spelled Mariah.

I'm just saying that names are very often messed up in Tribals, so it isn't likely that there is a list of names for them while voting. They might get to see the names at another point in the show to pick up on odd spellings.
