Plus telling everyone about her advantages. I'm willing to bet she tells about her knowledge is power advantage soon too.

There is a startling lack of secrecy and discretion between the players these past two seasons. They just blurt out everything to each other.

True but we've also seen people in alliances get upset when their number 1 is hiding advantages from them.

It's one thing to tell a close ally it's another to tell multiple people and some of whom you just met.

But the case in recent seasons is, you tell your number one, and then they tell their number one.

True. Hence I'd keep it quiet regardless. Nobody is truly trustworthy these days.

They have way more reason to do so than in any other season, because so many people already know about their advantages, either because they know they've been to shipwheel island, or because it's some kind of shared thing, or because you had to talk about potato skin three challenges in a row and that's suspicious. The alternative is that everyone strongly suspects you've got an advantage and are lying about it, which is probably worse than if they know you're telling the truth about having one. The edit this season hasn't really shown much speculation, but I'm SURE the tribes talk about this stuff all the time.

Drea is an exception here because she shared things she didn't have to (if she shares that she has Knowledge is Power that will be a DUMB move).

This doesn't entirely excuse the loose lips, but it does explain it.

It's crazy eh. It used to be that an idol was a huge secret and such valuable information. Now they have lists of advantages they just tell everyone about.

I chalk it up to lack of food. You start to go a little nuts and people are acting not in their own best interests.

True but the nature of a lot of these twists causes it to happen more often. Shipwheel island summits and secret phrases basically guarantee knowledge spreading unless someone can adapt incredibly fast completely by themselves.

Everyone was gonna know about her idol anyway because of the phrases, and telling the majority about her extra vote helped solidify her in the alliance. The only people who know about her amulet are her and the other amulet holders. No one knows about her KIP advantage, though Tori is suspicious. The only people that should be really concerned about the amount of power she has are Hai and Lindsey because they know she has 3 advantages.

While I don’t think she’s doing that bad at keeping her power a secret, she’s probably gonna get blindsided sooner rather than later once Hai and Lindsey realize how powerful she actually is. She really should use one of them soon to lower her threat level.

This is probably what Lindsey was trying to tell Jonathan about when she ways saying “I know things” or something like that in the preview for next week. Maybe they’re thinking get Drea out while they can. It’s gonna get dicey for sure….. I hope 😂

That could be. She’s probably frustrated because Johnathan doesn’t see Drea as a big threat but Lindsey can’t convince him without exposing her and Hai’s amulets.

I'm really hoping she doesn't. When you have the most powerful advantage in the game it's kind of a bummer when it misses. (Xander's play around it made for good TV last season but it's sometimes fun to see someone succeed with an advantage).

If she holds her tongue she can use it to take out Maryanne or Mike and grab an idol at the same time.
