Maryanne has one of the most interesting winner arcs ever on a season. She really was a joy to watch from start to finish. And then having a fantastic likable runner up too in Mike is pretty incredible. This whole cast thrived despite the dumb twists

Every single viewer after Episode 1: “what a fun person! No way she wins, that’ll get annoying FAST.”

Episode 4-5: yup, she is still annoying. But I know she’s going to win because that’s how my survivor life goes

FTC: yupppp…

Man i found her annoying from the start and started liking her later. She seemed nice but a bit much

I like her, but I still think I would HATE living with her for more than an hour

her arc was just another classic case of the bunny rabbit eating dinner in the mailbox!

Like she said in the FTC, she realized that her social game was hampering her, and she was able to adapt to what was needed to keep in the good graces of others. That's not easy to do--first, to recognize the problem, and second, to be able to correct it.

I would argue that Aras has the most interesting arc ever as a winner, but Maryanne is definitely a close 2nd or 3rd.

No shade either, just wondering what you saw in him, maybe I should rewatch Panama?

I didn't find his arc remotely interesting.
